Job Title: Hardware Systems Engineer

At Boeing, we're committed to innovation and collaboration to make the world a better place. Our team is seeking a skilled Hardware Systems Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and test of new capabilities within the MQ-28 Ghost Bat.

About the Role:

  • Develop and review requirements for the MQ-28 Mission System.
  • Design and develop engineering solutions for integrated avionics and COTS/MOTS equipment.
  • Conduct testing and validation of hardware components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts for hardware-related issues.
  • Develop verification requirements, test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Develop engineering documentation, including specifications, design documents, interface definitions, and test procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in complex technical development and integration projects.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Aerospace, Avionics, or Mechatronics, or equivalent technical experience in a Systems Engineering discipline.
  • Experience with hardware design standards, such as EMI and Environmental standards.
  • Experience with aircraft avionics and UAV systems.
  • Familiarity with engineering change processes.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with Autonomous Systems projects.
  • Experience with aerospace and/or Defence projects.
