- Maintain guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality.
- Strong ability to develop and implement effective content and organic social media strategies.
- Skilled at managing content workflows across written, visual, and multimedia formats.
- Proven leadership skills, coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a creative team.
- Strong understanding of social best practices, SEO, and content optimisation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management capability, able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- At least 7 years in content marketing, social media, or editorial roles.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading and mentoring content teams.
- Proven experience producing and managing multi-channel content (web, blog, social, email, multimedia).
