Salesforce Functional Lead Role

Drive scalable business solutions across a global multi-cloud environment. As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will engage with stakeholders to gather and refine platform needs, design and implement configuration solutions, review admin work, provide guidance, lead triage and assignment of support requests, collaborate with technical teams, and coach and upskill admins through pairing, feedback, and best practice sharing.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce functional experience in Sales and Service Clouds
  • 2+ years leading or mentoring others in a Salesforce context
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow junior team members
  • Expertise in declarative configuration using Flows, validation rules, etc.
  • Experience operating in multi-cloud environments
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or App Builder preferred
