About the Position

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer experiences in every interaction.

You will be responsible for opening and closing the space when required, managing the front desk, maintaining the space throughout the day, and office duties such as directing enquiries, keeping the space organized, and working with the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception: Meet and greet visitors proactively in a timely manner, assist guests and members with meeting room bookings and setups, manage phone and chat systems, and onboard new members.
  • Space Management: Conduct daily walkthroughs of the workspace, maintain presentation of kitchens, meeting rooms, and break-out areas, coordinate with facility management and external contractors, and oversee day-to-day administration of offices.
  • Administration: Provision access to new members and visitors, assist with recruitment processes, schedule team meetings, take minutes, and assist with other ad-hoc administrative requirements.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Enthusiasm, can-do attitude, and ability to help residents with whatever they need.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to develop ownership and autonomy.
  • Hospitality or retail experience preferred.
