**Location**: Perth

What this job involves
Based in one of Australia's signature platinum-grade buildings in Perth's CBD, you will be based in the client office with the main focus is maintaining an outstanding level of service in the facilities and administration business areas.

**A snapshot of your responsibilities**:
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations
Provide local area inductions to visitors and company personnel
Coordinate Couriers, Mail and Fax Services
Be the professional face of the client organisation
Ensuring safe and compliant facilities are maintained at all times
Reception relief and adhoc cover
Billing and invoicing
Strong relationship building skills to converse with clients, building management, vendors and other external stakeholders
Contractor coordination to ensure they are compliant when onsite and in the building

You'll have a minimum of three years' experience in Facilities or administration within a similar corporate high volume environment. You'll be a confident and highly presentable individual who presents a professional, corporate image who demonstrates a proactive & professional approach to customer service. We're looking for a self-motivated starter who can work independently as well as in a team and has a proven ability to prioritise and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner. This role requires someone who can effectively manage conflicting priorities. This is a diverse role, so if you're looking for a challenging and varied position then this is for you
