Step into a leadership role supporting day-to-day clinical operations
As Practice Manager you will work closely with the Lead Dentist, support staff, and reporting to the Practice Development Manager.
Duties & Responsibilites:
Overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring high-quality patient care and customer service
Ensuring staff, equipment, and resources are available to meet the practice's targets and budget
Coordinating both clinical and administrative support
Promoting dental health and maintaining compliance with legislation and clinic policies
Supporting patient safety, efficient workflows, and helping the practice meet its financial goals
Full-time rotating roster: Monday to Friday and Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Attractive salary for full-time roles, based on skills and experience.
