Step into a leadership role supporting day-to-day clinical operations
As Practice Manager you will work closely with the Lead Dentist, support staff, and reporting to the Practice Development Manager.Duties & Responsibilites:Overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring high-quality patient care and customer serviceEnsuring staff, equipment, and resources are available to meet the practice's targets and budgetCoordinating both clinical and administrative supportPromoting dental health and maintaining compliance with legislation and clinic policiesSupporting patient safety, efficient workflows, and helping the practice meet its financial goalsFull-time rotating roster: Monday to Friday and Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMAttractive salary for full-time roles, based on skills and experience.To apply for this position please submit your resume and cover letter via the 'APPLY' button, and/or contact gforce Recruitment Consultant Emily via or About gforcegforce is an employment and recruitment leader, employing over 500 people weekly, including labour hire and permanent recruitment services apprentices, trainees, school-based trainees.
