Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandise Strategist to join our merchandising team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the multi-channel planning team in the development and execution of sales and stock strategies across all categories.

The role involves developing seasonal merchandise strategy, managing and guiding Planning Team members, preparing and presenting budgets for sign off, working closely with Product teams through the ranging process, controlling Markdown budget, and achieving critical financial targets such as sales, stock turn and sell-through.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive years of planning experience ideally within a senior position
  • Highly skilled in planning software and a high level of Excel knowledge
  • Planning experience in Menswear preferable
  • Ability to manage relationships at all levels
  • High developed numerical skills, including accuracy and interpretation
