Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Professional with expertise in managing customer, address, and reference domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and maintain master data across customer, address, and reference domains.
  • Design and implement data management solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Utilize data management tools (preferably Ataccama) for data tasks.
  • Conduct data profiling and quality assessments using Informatica or equivalent tools.
  • Develop and execute ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or similar technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to data management processes and standards.
  • Implement match and merge best practices for customer data management.
  • Support real-time data ingestion and integration through APIs.
  • Participate in at least one end-to-end data management implementation project.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in data management with a focus on customer, address, and reference domains.
  • Hands-on experience with data management tools, preferably Ataccama.
  • Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or equivalent ETL tools.
  • Experience in data profiling and data quality management using Informatica or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
  • Strong technical knowledge of Data Integration, APIs, and real-time data ingestion.
  • Experience implementing match and merge best practices for customer data.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Ataccama data management is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in data management and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
