Travel Booking Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented travel professional to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing travel reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel components using various booking platforms.

Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional support to clients throughout the booking process by answering questions, confirming details, and making adjustments as needed. You must address any booking issues, cancellations, or changes promptly to minimize client inconvenience.

Maintaining accurate records of all reservations, payments, and client communications is crucial in this role. You will liaise with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings, resolve discrepancies, and secure the best options for clients.

It is essential to ensure that all travel itineraries are complete, accurate, and comply with client preferences and policies. Staying up-to-date on booking systems, travel regulations, and supplier offerings is vital in providing excellent service.

Key Qualifications and Skills
