About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Arevo app product and growth strategy, reporting to the General Manager Mobility. As a key member of the Mobility team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative plans to grow the Arevo app and RACV membership by providing great in-app user experiences and cross-selling relevant RACV products to app users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the Arevo app product roadmap, ensuring an excellent user experience with positive user engagement.
  • Develop and implement programs of work to identify marketing and technology enablers to improve Arevo user engagement.
  • Oversee User Experience design and conversion campaign design work, applying human-centered design principles.
  • Navigate the broader organisation to effectively deliver products, features, and campaigns, in a way that benefits Arevo and RACV brand, customers, and members.
  • Propose and support new initiatives, products, and services that align with the Mobility purpose.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as commerce, economics, marketing, or product.
  • Extensive experience in successfully working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results.
  • 10+ years of overall business experience, preferably including areas of product management, product development, growth, marketing, and/or strategy.
  • Experience with digital products and ideally apps.
  • Proven ability to execute programs of work, managing multiple work streams, dependencies, stakeholders, and barriers, to ensure work is delivered at a high standard.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing environment, and to make sound and quick decisions to adjust pathways when needed and deliver results quickly.
  • Understanding of Mobility and Transport industry.
  • Experience working in an intrapreneurial or innovation role.
  • Product development and delivery knowledge.
