**Medical Receptionist Role**
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
Responsibilities include managing payments, issuing receipts, and handling billing and invoicing. Additionally, operating our booking system efficiently is crucial.
Key responsibilities also involve assisting with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
About You
We are looking for someone who is flexible in working hours, has excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care. The ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service is essential.
