Program Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to work with autistic individuals and their families. This role involves designing, developing and delivering person-centred day options programs, group programs, and case management services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of behaviour science, developmental education or a relevant NDIS nominated profession, as well as experience working directly with people on the autism spectrum and facilitating group programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver person-centred day options programs, group programs, and case management services.
  • Work collaboratively with families, service providers, and internal business partners.
  • Facilitate group programs for autistic individuals and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
