  • Source and develop career opportunities that match clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting individuals with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

The successful applicant will be required to provide and undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to a current criminal record check, working with children check, NDIS Worker Screen Clearance, employment history, and referee checks.
