Part Time Customer Service Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part time customer service representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving skills and adaptability.
The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email, responding to customer support tickets in a timely manner, and provision of company sales across various services including hosted PBX and VoIP services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and experience
- Answering inbound calls in a friendly and timely manner
- Attending to customer support tickets promptly and professionally
- Provisioning of company sales across all services
Requirements include:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to providing the highest level of customer experience
