We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team as a Christmas Experience Team Leader. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a magical experience that brings joy to families from all over the world.


About the Role

This role involves leading a team of Elves in Santa's photo studio, where you will inspire and motivate them to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, rosters and workflow, while ensuring that every family has a top-quality, memorable experience with Santa.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily operations, including rostering and workflow
  • Welcome families and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Bring energy and positivity to the team, even on busy days
  • Oversee POS operations and process visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Evaluate every family's photo moment with Santa to ensure it meets our high standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:


  • A proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Knowledge of POS systems and operation
  • Working with Children's Clearance or willingness to obtain
