Job Opportunity for Experienced Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to join our team. This is a key position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work with our Global Payroll and Human Capital System (Dayforce) to execute weekly and monthly payroll and HR system functions across Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and offboard team members efficiently, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to payroll inquiries from team members and collaborating with internal stakeholders for award interpretation questions.
- Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain trusted relationships within the team and across the business, providing professional support via phone and email.
- Ensure accurate payroll transactions and payments, maintaining compliance with relevant awards and legislation in Australia & New Zealand, and preparing payroll and people data reports.
- About You:
- You will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including understanding and interpreting Australian awards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and previous experience with Dayforce or Workday are essential.
- A high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are crucial for this role.
