Job Summary

Key responsibilities of this role include ensuring the smooth operation of business activities and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

  • Coordinating support for different teams within each neighbourhood.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood.
  • Creating correspondence and documentation as needed.
  • Efficiently organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
  • Monitoring, ordering, and distributing office supplies, as well as arranging maintenance/repairs for office equipment.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.
Requirements:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling is highly regarded.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads are necessary.
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and database applications are required.
  • Confidence using smartphones and digital devices or a willingness to learn is desired.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads with a proactive attitude are essential.
