Key Business Development Position

We are seeking an ambitious professional to expand our network of finance and mortgage brokers nationwide.

In this role, you will leverage your existing broker database while growing and nurturing new relationships. Building trust and delivering tailored private funding solutions is key to your success.

The ideal candidate will already possess a strong portfolio of broker contacts, ensuring an immediate impact. You will identify new opportunities to ensure the business remains front of mind for brokers across Australia.

This position requires regular interstate travel (approximately twice per month) for networking events, industry briefings, and one-on-one meetings to engage with brokers and industry stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales strategy to grow a referral-producing broker network by identifying opportunities.
  • Utilize your existing database to connect with a nationwide broker network.
  • Seek, establish, and cultivate new broker partnerships.
  • Ensure effective execution to capitalize on all available opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor markets to understand current trends and identify market opportunities and gaps.
  • Quote and provide estimated loan summaries to prospective clients.
  • Communicate effectively and promote relevant services and products for maximum market uptake.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the industry.
