Job Title: Enrolled Nurse Position Available
">About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, working under the supervision of Registered Nurses/Midwives. You will be responsible for assisting in implementing nursing care plans, supporting general and specialized procedures, and maintaining effective working relationships with all members of the healthcare team.
Your ability to plan and prioritize your workload will be essential in achieving defined outcomes. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing accident and emergency services, medical and day surgery, residential aged care services, palliative care, x-ray, and extended care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the provision of professional nursing care as per established care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Implement appropriate nursing care and assist with various procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, providing verbal and documented information.
- Exercise judgment to address and solve problems in your work area.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current enrolment or eligibility for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, along with a current practicing certificate. You will also need experience in providing nursing care within the boundaries of your education and skill preparation. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
