As a Registered Nurse in Western Sydney, you will be part of the leading health district that provides primary and secondary health care for people living in the area.
You will collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver person-centered nursing care.
Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements- Current and valid registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care and NSW Health Core Values.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
- Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
- Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health-related information systems.
