We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a registered nurse, you will have the opportunity to build a long-term career in aged care and contribute to the health and well-being of our residents.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing holistic, safe, and quality care to our residents in one of our regional aged care homes. This includes assisting residents to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible, being a team-player with excellent communication skills, and possessing comprehensive clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care to residents
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Eligibility Criteria:
- Completion of tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare, or similar
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Previous experience working within a residential aged care facility in a similar role
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Check (NDISWSC)
- Driving licence and own car (preferred)
