We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Agile Expert to join our team at the Australian National University. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization that is shaping the future of digital services.

About the Role

The Transformation Agile Expert will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality digital services to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will enable you to facilitate change and drive innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of Agile principles and practices across the organization
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Facilitate training and coaching sessions to build Agile capabilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor progress and report on results to stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in implementing them in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
