About the Job
- Lead the sales effort for events and accommodations across multiple venues and hotels
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including site inspections, proposals, contracts, and handovers
About You
- Proven experience in event sales and a desire to develop your career in this field
- A passion for events and guest experiences
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Business acumen, excellent time management, attention to detail, and negotiation skills
- Adaptability in high-pressure situations and openness to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Amadeus and Opera is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
