Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Specialist to join our Client Services Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and staff.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a barista in a high-volume environment, with a proven track record of delivering consistently good coffee and excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include preparing large volumes of barista coffee, taking and preparing food orders, cashiering, maintaining a clean and organized café area, adhering to firm policies and procedures, participating in staff meetings, and occasionally working on the client floor.
You will work on a rotating shift roster between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee, food, and customer service to join a dynamic team.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, food safety knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
