Job Overview:

Data Center Technician is a key role within our organization responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to quickly identify issues and replace faulty components with minimal disruption.
  • Conduct post-execution quality checks to verify proper setup according to safety protocols and deployment standards.
  • Decommission hardware for simple changes and refreshes following standard procedures.
  • Communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate management units and engineering specialists.
  • Assist and guide other technicians on challenging tasks.
  • Complete required training and observe experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information and staying apprised of others' work.
  • Embody our culture and values, demonstrating accountability and ownership of data center facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, basic computer hardware knowledge, and 1+ year(s) IT equipment support experience.
  • Background check requirements: Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification and enhanced background check.
