Job Title: Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking experienced Rehabilitation Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team at Port Macquarie Private Hospital. As a key member of our health care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized exercise programs to improve their functional capacity and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle habits and disease management.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Current accreditation with ESSA.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Exercise Physiologist (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
