- Manage plumbing projects independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs and requirements
- Prepare accurate quotes for work to be completed in a timely manner
- Conduct repairs for blocked drains and leaks in a professional and efficient manner
- Install and maintain gas, solar, and electric hot water systems according to industry standards
- Ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service consistently and maintain a positive attitude
- Complete necessary paperwork for jobs and billing accurately and efficiently
- A current QBCC plumbing license is mandatory
- A manual driver's license is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- The ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
- A keen eye for detail and a positive attitude towards work
- Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing is highly desirable
- A police clearance certificate is required
- A Certificate in Plumbing or Civil is an advantage
