Director of Environmental Growth

Seeking a seasoned Business Director to lead our Environmental Services team in Queensland. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth, develop high-performing teams, and foster exceptional client relationships.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organisational goals and revenue growth targets.
Lead project delivery and team performance, ensuring excellence in resource management, utilisation, and margin optimisation.
Guidance and mentorship of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Responsible for winning new work and achieving net revenue and backlog targets, with support from leaders and staff.
Fostering cross-functional collaboration across Business Centres, with a focus on national cross-selling initiatives.
Driving quality and timely delivery of projects that exceed client expectations.
Building and nurturing key client relationships, leading major projects, and driving strategic pursuits.
Championing a proactive safety culture in partnership with our Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) leadership.
Tertiary qualifications in Ecology, Environmental Science/Engineering, or a related technical degree.
15 years of senior-level experience in environmental services.
Proven leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen and significant project delivery experience.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills, underpinned by deep knowledge of QLD's environmental services market.
