About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sydney. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care and support to our residents, ensuring their wellbeing and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualised care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as per legislative requirements and company policies
  • Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver holistic care
  • Provide emotional support and a compassionate presence to our residents and their families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with regulatory and organisational standards
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents and their families
  • Commitment to providing person-centered, compassionate care
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
