About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Cluster Manager to lead our teams across the Bendigo region in Melbourne.
This is a full-time position with an average of 38 hours per week, with a Tuesday – Saturday roster.
This is a fixed-term contract until 3rd October 2025.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar Cluster Manager, Multi-Site or Senior Store Manager role.
Key responsibilities include leading, motivating and inspiring a team of 4 stores to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets.
The successful candidate will also be able to analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive their stores.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals, are essential.
Additionally, the candidate will need to have confidence in coaching and providing positive and constructive feedback to team members.
Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to structure their days to support their teams, are also required.
The role also involves working from our Kew office one day per week to focus on admin, with the remaining days in store.
