Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities by keeping customers informed about promotions and sales.
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service.
  • Maintain store presentation in accordance with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience in home/lifestyle products is preferred.
  • The ability to engage with customers to bring their vision for their home to life.
  • A proactive approach to selling and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
  • The ability to balance customer care and administrative duties.
