About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in growing our home care business by identifying and converting new leads into clients.

Job Description:

The Home Care Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to prospective clients throughout their decision-making process, ensuring they are well-informed about home care packages and services.

You will actively seek new referrals to our home care package program and provide education to consumers about service delivery. You will nurture warm leads across all locations, providing information and support to guide them through the decision-making process, maintaining regular contact, and converting them to hot leads when appropriate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to prospective clients throughout the decision-making process.
  • Actively seek new referrals to the home care package program.
  • Nurture warm leads across all locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and client acquisition activities.
  • Monitor and maintain referrals through the My Aged Care Portal.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Demonstrated successful sales and marketing experience/skills.
  • Ability to understand basic analysis techniques.
  • Advanced word processing operation skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvement principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake work of a confidential nature.
  • A current driver's license without restriction.
  • Current national police certificate (or ability to acquire).
