Caregiver Position

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a caregiver for elderly residents. The role requires providing personal care, supporting daily tasks, and working collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents
- Support daily activities such as eating, mobility, and social interactions
- Collaborate with the clinical team to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide high-quality service to residents and their families
- A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse people
- Reliable team player with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
