We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical professional to join our team as a Resident Medical Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
About the RoleAs a Resident Medical Officer, you will provide medical care and support to patients under the supervision of senior practitioners. You will be responsible for assessing and managing patients across various clinical specialties, developing your knowledge and skills in clinical decision-making and practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality medical care and support to patients
- Participate in assessment and management of patients across various clinical specialties
- Develop knowledge and skills in clinical decision-making and practice
- MBBS or equivalent qualification currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Completed 1 year post-graduate training, including a minimum of 12 months experience in an Australian hospital or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
