Supporting Independence in the Community
">We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability by providing support and enabling them to live independently.
">About the Role
">As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting clients to develop and maintain their independence. This will involve delivering personalised support, including assisting with daily living tasks, administering medication, and transporting clients to appointments and activities.
">You will also be responsible for monitoring client wellbeing and reporting on progress to ensure that they receive the right level of support. A key aspect of this role is building positive relationships with clients and their families, and providing emotional support when needed.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent. You will also need to be flexible and able to work across a 24-hour roster, including sleepovers and overnights. A driver's licence and knowledge of the Northern Beaches area would be an advantage.
