Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to provide personalized assistance to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

As a support worker, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored support in a group home setting, assisting with daily living tasks, facilitating community participation and socialization, and encouraging independence and skill-building through goal-oriented support.

About the Role:
  • Delivering individualized support to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Facilitating community engagement and social activities to promote emotional well-being and connection
  • Encouraging skill-building and independence through collaborative goal-setting
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and reporting on achievements
