We are looking for new Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about life and helping people You must be able to provide caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service in Aged Care and Disability Support. Our priority is to help our clients living empowered and independently at home and also improving their social lives, making them feel like they belong and are part of society.

We provide dementia care, domestic support, companionship and socialisation, personal care, post-operative care, disability support, and skilled nursing. Our tailored services help people all over Australia to maintain independence, and a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.

**A BIT MORE ABOUT THE POSITION**:

- ENTRY LEVEL - No experience required, but you must be willing to learn and undertake training with our experienced team
- You will be a valued team member helping to provide services to support clients’ individual needs in both their home and community
- All of our clients are based on the Northern Beaches and North Sydney
- Shifts available at all times giving you the opportunity create your own hours
- You MUST have a current driver's license and preferably own car to drive clients around
- You MUST be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- All visas accepted, students are welcome to apply

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE**:

- Personal Care
- Domestic Assistance
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Assistance
- Respite
- Transport to appointments and shopping etc.

This role will report to the Care Manager at Right at Home Sydney Northern Beaches.

**Qualifications**:
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- No experience required, but passion and empathy are a MUST
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check;
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate;
- Smart mobile phone;
- Valid Australian Drivers License and own car.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to provide personal and domestic care with joy and kindness - Empathy is the key
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people;
- Good written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team;
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- High level of time management and organisational ability;
- Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.
