Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and economics, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly development reports and conducting thorough analysis
  • Developing project feasibilities and scenario models to inform business decisions
  • Creating budgets and forecasts for development fees and income
  • Providing support with internal and external valuations and asset transactions
  • Managing project WIP and investment analysis
  • Overseeing cashflow management and forecasting

Requirements include a relevant degree in finance or economics and at least 3+ years' experience as a Management Accountant or Analyst in a chartered firm or large complex business.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a highly motivated entrepreneurial mindset are essential for success in this role.
