Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Provisional Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' return to work and life after injury.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments, testing, and brief interventions for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment
  • Perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support
  • Assess and report on psychological functional capacities and complete psychological functional assessments
  • Conduct intelligence testing and reporting
  • Make recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on work ability
  • Write detailed case notes and reports
  • Collaborate with adult clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Provide Adjustment to Injury counselling and Vocational Counselling
About You:
  • You hold a Master's degree in Psychology
  • You are eligible for Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA upon graduating
  • You have graduated in the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025
  • You pass a national criminal check prior to commencing employment
  • You have full Australian working rights
