Are you a seasoned retail professional with a passion for driving sales and operational excellence?

This exciting role offers the chance to join a dynamic team as a Store Manager, leading by example and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner with the Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales performance, and review store operations on a regular basis.

You will be responsible for formulating and executing action plans that leverage the store's potential, creating a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring high engagement and enviable culture.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a commercial, customer-centric store leadership role in a busy retail environment
  • A proven track record of leading teams to consistent achievement of revenue targets
  • Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability
  • Fashion or trend oriented with strengths in visual display and stock presentation
  • Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creating and implementing ideas to improve store trade
  • Exposure to high volume, large format retailing
  • Strong delegation and ability to optimise your team's productivity
