About the Store Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to lead a team and drive business results.

As a Store Business Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop a deep understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success.
  • Lead from the front in terms of workplace health and safety.
  • Ensure that the operation of your store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results, maximising sales while maintaining expense levels according to budget.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring with you:

  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role where you have led a large successful team – roughly 30+ as a minimum.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours.
  • A strong understanding of a variety of Retail Operations.
  • Previous experience working to KPIs.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management.
