Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Blown Film Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices, operating plant and machinery in accordance with procedures, and contributing to the continuous development of systems and procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Ensure safe work practices are maintained and developed.
  • • Operate plant and machinery to stated procedures and standards.
  • • Input into the continuous development of systems & procedures.
  • • Play an active role in progressing the organisation for the future.
  • • Ensure plant is maintained at the highest agreed standard.
  • • Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures, Ethics.
  • • Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will possess a strong output and "Hands-On" work ethic, good organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. They will have a proven ability to learn & on train to assist with team development, exhibit an ability to identify and contribute to process improvements, and accept responsibility & accountability.
