
Rail Wagon Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rail Wagon Maintenance Professional to join our team in Parkes, NSW. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rail wagons.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain rail wagons to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Perform scheduled servicing, component replacement, and modifications as required.
- Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting on wagon components, including brakes, couplings, and suspension systems.
Requirements:
- Australian Full Driver's License (no restrictions)
- Rail CAT 1 Medical Clearance (including musculoskeletal test)
- White Card
- Relevant TLI Unit Statements of Attainment aligned with the role
- Valid National Police Clearance (with no court outcomes)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Forklift Ticket
- HR Licence
- Welding background or strong trade assistant experience
