\The Position\

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Building & Pest Inspectors across Ipswich. This position would be ideal for individuals with expertise in building and/or pest inspections or licensed builders/site supervisors looking to transition into this field.

  • Identifying structural defects, safety risks, and compliance issues
  • Producing detailed inspection reports with clear, actionable recommendations

This role plays a vital part in ensuring safe property transactions, ongoing maintenance, and renovation projects meet relevant safety and compliance standards.

\About You\
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting building and/or pest inspections
  • Hold or be eligible for a QLD Builder's Licence or Registered Building Inspectors Course, with knowledge of local compliance standards
  • Certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010)
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong report writing capabilities
  • Physically capable of inspecting subfloors, roof cavities, and external roofing areas
  • Hold a current police clearance and valid driver's licence
