Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team.

We provide comprehensive speech pathology services to individuals with various needs, and as a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to work in the community and close to home. Your daily tasks will include managing an allocated caseload, delivering speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and local communities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Deliver speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
  • Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants improve their quality of life
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

About You:

  • You hold current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • You have experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • You possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • You demonstrate a proactive attitude and motivation for improvement
  • You desire to mentor graduates and early career clinicians
