**Job Title:** Behaviour Support PractitionerWe are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our collaborative team as Behaviour Support Practitioners.   • Conducting thorough functional behavioural assessments and developing comprehensive behaviour support plans that cater to the diverse needs of clients.
  • Fostering strong professional relationships with clients through confident and clear communication, ensuring their comfort and trust in our services.
  • Staying up-to-date with evidence-based principles and relevant standards, providing cutting-edge support to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A qualification in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Work or a related field, demonstrating expertise in supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Mental Health, and other complex diagnoses, showcasing your adaptability and compassion.
  • Australian Driver's Licence, enabling you to safely transport clients.
  • National Police Clearance, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Registered Practitioner ID with the National Disability Insurance Scheme, highlighting your commitment to quality care.
