As a skilled Makeup Artist, you bring creativity to the store team, inspiring customers to unleash their inner artist and become the best version of themselves through makeup.

You'll work across all departments, from beauty and skincare to haircare and wellness. You'll receive initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace unique makeup needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program.
  • Share knowledge with and learn from your team of Studio Artists.
  • Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
  • Provide 1:1 appointments to customers and share artistry knowledge.
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Previous Sales and Artistry experience.
  • A certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.
