About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team in providing a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for people.

A Day in the Life of Our Retail Artist

  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using your expertise to provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for selling products, performing makeup services, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Selling products and meeting customer needs
  • Performing paid makeup services
  • Providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service

Qualifications

  • Experience in makeup is highly desirable
  • Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of creative and technical makeup expertise
  • Must be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
