We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality, while promoting positive employee engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results
  • Coordinating recruitment, training, and rostering activities
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

The successful applicant will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of one year's experience in housekeeping management is required, as well as a strong appreciation for workplace safety and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Prior experience in housekeeping in a business environment is essential, and prior experience with leading a housekeeping team would be an advantage.

Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
